AFTERCARE: Edible image sheets will last up to 6 months when stored at room temperature in a zip-lock bag. Keep them flat, in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Always handle with clean, dry hands. Keep away from water and moisture, as it will ruin the ink. APPLICATION TIPS: Gently peel off edible print before placing it on your cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Apply to a smooth, freshly frosted surface for best results. Do not apply too far in advance edible images can absorb moisture from frosting. For cookies or fondant pieces, apply a thin layer of piping gel or edible glue so the image sticks. PRO TIPS: Apply toppers close to serving time to keep colors vibrant. If using on fondant or chocolate, lightly brush the surface with water or corn syrup so the image sticks. BEST FROSTINGS: Works best on buttercream, fondant, and royal icing Can also be applied to chocolate Avoid very wet or runny surfaces (ex: heavy condensation, watery whipped cream), as images may dissolve. BUTTERCREAM: Gently smooth the topper onto the surface so its flat. Let the topper set for 1530 minutes on buttercream before chilling. This allows it to bond with the frosting and prevent wrinkling/bubbling. Once the topper looks flat and set, you can place the cake back in the fridge. Limit moving the cake in and out of the fridge to avoid condensation. For the best look, apply the topper as close to serving time as possible. ROYAL ICING: Apply toppers to icing that is fully dry and smooth. Use a thin layer of piping gel or edible glue so the image sticks. Allow to set at room temperature no refrigeration needed. For the best look, apply toppers close to serving time to keep colors vibrant. CHOCOLATE: Place the topper on chocolate while still wet so it adheres as the coating sets. Or, once hardened, attach toppers with a thin layer of piping gel or edible glue. Store in a cool, dry place (avoid fridge/freezer to prevent condensation).
